In 1999, Shalaya embarked upon her real estatecareer as an Administrative Assistant at an Oakland brokerage. In 2000,she was employed by Richardson Real Estate Services as a brokerassistant. After acquiring five years of expertise under the guidanceof her broker, Georgia Richardson, she pursued her sales associatelicense, which she received in 2004. She has continued to serve theRichardson Real Estate Services sales team as the office EscrowCoordinator, Marketing Specialist and Sales Associate. In September2006, she was appointed Vice President of the company upon itsincorporation. Shalaya completed undergraduate studies at theUniversity of California, Berkeley in 2007.
